How we work

We run rally-based sessions that prioritize safety, consistency, and fun — with a simple playbook chapters can replicate.

  • Chapter support to help launch locally
What kids gain

Tennis is the tool — confidence, resilience, and community are the outcome.

  • Confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Healthy routines and goal-setting
  • Mentors and positive community

Our story

The Rally Project started with a simple idea: if you can create a welcoming space and put a racket in a kid’s hand, you can change how they see themselves. What began as small, local sessions grew into a mission to make tennis available to youth everywhere — especially in communities where programs, equipment, or coaching aren’t easy to access.

We focus on consistent sessions, positive mentorship, and a beginner-friendly environment where every player can learn at their own pace. Our goal is not just better tennis — it’s better confidence, better habits, and a stronger sense of belonging.

Our values

  • Access: Tennis should be available to everyone.
  • Joy: Kids learn best when it’s fun and encouraging.
  • Consistency: Showing up regularly builds trust and progress.
  • Safety: Youth-first policies and respectful coaching always.
  • Community: We build local chapters with local leaders.
